Excellent place to stay

Every detail catered for, and all front of house team members were friendly and so helpful. You are treated as a VIP throughout your stay! Although the property itself is older, it felt fresh - refined and classic. We stayed just as the hotel was getting ready for the annual film festival so the grounds were gorgeous - immaculate, even the beach was pristine. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had sufficient choices and everything was presented very enticingly. The room was the right size for 2 of us, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a room with a view of the garden on the ground floor - just be aware that these rooms tend to be quite dark. Next time we plan to get a room with a sea view.

Nice hotel, lovely setting and views, helpful staff, decent breakfast.

Overall, the stay was a bit disappointing for what we paid. From the start, It was bizarre that we were shown an additional room as a potential upgrade, yet it was actually worse than the original room. It felt more like an exercise in creating a perception of value and ended up being a waste of time. Service around the beach was below expectations. At times, it seemed easier to get a drink from the beach buggy than to wait for the regular staff. That said, the wait staff at dinner was very good, and we really enjoyed the team who took care of us. Restaurant Puro was also excellent, especially the spaghetti dinner. Overall, there were some very good moments, but the experience did not fully live up to the price.

The best hotel—the quality of service, the attentiveness, and the hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend it. The location is perfect for catching the bus and exploring the area, with great transport links to everywhere; it is close to everything—supermarkets, clothing stores, the beach, and restaurants. The service in the breakfast area was excellent, and the food was superb. The room was very clean and beautiful, offering lovely views. When I return to Venice, I want to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it.

Great staff and great breakfast

Well located on the lido, very convenient for the local restaurants, bars and the beach. Basic but comfortable rooms and breakfast was adequate....good coffee !
