However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

‘Extra Charge Holiday’ would be a more accurate description of this holiday. Extra charge of $10 to for the gym, $10 to use the sauna, $10 to use the jacuzzi. 42 euro for a bottle of local sparking wine. The quality of food in the buffet was extremely poor and tepid. My wife and I have had food poisoning for 4 days. We were unable to sit by pool or on private beach without being constantly harassed (sometimes 15 times a day) by hotel approved sellers to book trips. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is undergoing a construction which I was unaware about but despite that the estate is beautiful. I enjoyed my time and the hotel is located close to everything it’s on the beach front and in a very clean location in Hurghada. I wouldn’t definitely recommend the place
