They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!

Clean, spacious 2 bed with all amenities, individual covered garage space and great location. Just make sure to check a/c during booking time as some of the units do not come with it.

Very disappointing for a five star in Vail. Biggest thing which was shocking is that they do not come and make up the room and restock coffee, etc. every day. Only for three day stays or longer. Can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel of any rating that didn’t do that. Let alone a five star. Stayed at the Sonnonalp three days later and it was a completely different experience. Stayed in an executive king with Mountain View. Lots of square footage but completely wasted. Just a giant rectangle with lots of open floor space and no character. Front desk and concierge were helpful. Lady who is tending by was very rude and obviously having a bad day. I doubt I will be back. Especially not on my own dime. There are several other options that are better.

Beautiful property, but had to wait 30 minutes to check in after a long day of travel. There was only 1 person working front desk, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but she was very rude.

Property was good but room services and housekeeping was not good. Soap, shampoo etc were not refilled every day. We had to ask for coffee, sugar, towels etc everyday

The room was clean. The breakfast had a lot of option. They have real boiled egg. They should add some sausage or bacon next time. But everything with our stay was great!!!

Beautiful condo on Baldy Road way up the mountain. If you want to be in town this isn't your place but 10 min drive down. No need for a car as the buss stop is out front, free and allows dogs. My 800 ft condo was fully furnished, jacuzzi fireplace and a garage. Trail heads are all within walking distance

Hotel team was great, location is awesome and really enjoyed the room, views and amenities - all of which were very clean. Highly recommend
