DONT STAY ON THE 6th FLOOR!
This hotel would’ve had a much higher rating but it was hot out and the room wouldn’t cool. Our last night, we finally had to switch rooms at 3am because it was too hot. The rooms on the 3rd floor were much better and cooler but not the suite we paid for.
Staff was great and tried to help but this is a management issue in my opinion. They know they have an issue but they don’t deal with it.

Excellent stay - perfect 2 bedroom apartment for a family. Love the fact that we had access to the balcony, Kitchenette, dining table and a living room to relax. convenient to metro and many food spots near by. Laundry on site could be better as dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes. Grocery store ( Carrefour City ) is right next door. Gallery Lafayette is just a 7 minute walk along with other retail stores near by ( Uniqlo, mango , printemps, hoka, Zara to name a few). Highly recommend purchasing a metro pass to get your way around, however you can get an uber very easily also.
Phone network is not great in the building. Wifi is available.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!

This was the worst hotel experience of my trip to France where I stayed in 6 different hotels.
I booked and prepaid for two nights, including the night I was flying from the United States. After traveling overnight across the Atlantic, I arrived at the hotel only to be told they didn't have a room available for me. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay after an exhausting international flight.
To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the night I couldn't use. Their explanation was that I should have notified them in advance that I was traveling from the United States. That's an unreasonable expectation. If a guest has a confirmed, prepaid reservation, the hotel should honor it or, at the very least, provide a refund if they fail to do so.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily cumbersome, requiring guests to enter information through a website instead of simply checking in at the desk.
The only positive thing I can say is that the air conditioning worked well.
If you value a hotel that honors confirmed reservations and stands behind its customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We can not begin to express how wonderful this property is. The location is perfect. Walkable to pretty much everything, metro stop very close if you need to use it & on a very quiet street. Our room was beautifully appointed.
My husband & I were traveling with our 18 yr old daughter and when we booked there was only a loft suite available but it ended up being more than comfortable for us. The day we arrived and were taken up to the room we noticed that the bathroom had a window out to the main room. We casually mentioned that it would be fine-we would just leave the room when our daughter needed to shower to give her privacy. We came back from a day of sightseeing to find that they had installed a privacy film on the window!! To do that within 24-36 hours of us casually mentioning it was unbelievable to us.
That is the attention to detail that Helene and her staff provided. Every single member of the staff that we met were incredibly friendly & helpful. A special thank you to Helene, Marco and the absolute best Bartender Xavier!! His drinks were by far some of the best we had over the week we were there.
We will definitely be back to stay as this hotel and staff made our trip unforgettable.
