Experience was terrible somehow during booking it was booked for the wrong day. Hotel would not refund my money stating it was after the cancellation. But the booking was done after the cancellation period even began so apparently it’s nonrefundable would’ve been nice to stay at a $450 per night hotel but apparently I paid for it and didn’t get to stay there. Bad business in my opinion, you should take care of your customers, especially for this high of a price.

Very nice open clean spacious oceanfront room! Very friendly staff. We needed an iron and couldn’t find one in the room. We asked the housekeeping staff and left to get lunch. When we got back in our room the ironing board and iron were already in our room.

There was a long line for checking in, even though there were three representatives at the front desk. I am not sure why those checking in before us took so long, especially since my check-in was completed within ten minutes. Perhaps there was a computer slowdown? On a positive note, the room was a decent size, and I liked the fact that the sink was located outside of the bathroom. Additionally, the beds were quite comfortable—so much so that I could have slept all day.
