Giannutri Beach Vacations

My room was very small but as a solo traveler in Europe that was somewhat expected. The free breakfast was nice but they are understaffed. Two employees wasn't enough to service the guests. Some breakfast items weren't available because of the number of guests.

The location was perfect and the hotel has been updated , we had everything we needed . Although the space was small for the included breakfast they were very efficient and friendly.

Excellent property and very helpful workers.

Hotel La Scaletta exceeded our expectations! Everything about the property - location, amenities, breakfast, room, and helpful staff - was excellent. I had stayed in the hotel (and loved it) decades before but it has ascended from a pensione to a true hotel. I hope to return one day!

Eurostar fell short of the brand. I stayed at the Eurostar Barcelona an outstanding hotel. This Eurostar hotel should be demolished!

The rooms are newly updated with comfortable bed and nice decor. On a positive note, breakfast was very nice and the location is lovely. But, I cannot recommend this hotel. In this price range, they need to do better . The shower water alternated between burning hot and ice cold every minute or less - we told reception staff about this on day 1, and day 2 and again on day 3 as we checked out. No action was taken and no room change was offered. They only said they did not know why this was happening. This is very disappointing for a fine hotel. In addition, the shower panel is too small, and the bathroom floor floods when you shower which is slippery and inconvenient.

The breakfast was excellent as was the bar and the staff were superb

Our stay was beautiful. We went in September so it was nice weather. Good was a bit expensive for dinner but we realized we could order something by the pool up to 6:30 and then it was about 8-10 euro cheaper than the sit down restaurant. Pool is beautiful but very cold. I like it cold but my friends not so much
