I have stayed at this hotel for the second time now, and I must say that they are situated in a prime location just behind the Presidential Palace.
The surroundings are stunning, and safety is never a concern.
However, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service I received from the hotel staff. During my recent visit, I left my handbag at the restaurant, which contained my ID and cash. I was extremely worried about the consequences of losing it, but the staff went above and beyond to locate it for me.
Their level of professionalism and responsibility towards their guests is truly commendable, and I am grateful for their efforts.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The Hotel is close to the airport, it only takes a 20 mins ride by bus. The room is clean and comfortable. This was our first time visiting Bratislava so we were not familiar with the public transport system there. The staff helped us a lot.
