I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this resort — great food variety, friendly staff members, and lots of things to do at the resort. The pool is great, and the beach area is amazing with breathtaking views and sightseeing.

I’d like to raise a complaint about the way I was treated at reception. I went to ask what time our confirmed airport transfer would leave tomorrow, as no timing had been provided. The female receptionist laughed at me before saying, “Sorry, what’s your flight time?” I found her reaction very rude and dismissive. I was simply asking for information about a service arranged through the resort, and I expected a more professional response. In the end, she didn’t provide us with any information or clarify the pickup time, so we simply left.

The location was ideal for wandering through Stone Town. The staff were friendly. The view from open patio dining area on the roof top was amazing. You must take advantage of wandering the many alley ways and shops. Lots to see in the area.
