Frisco Cheap Vacations

Great hotel. I have stayed a couple of times and will stay again in the next trip to Frisco. Tommy at breakfast is great. Great positive attitude in the morning makes start of the day perfect.

All I can say is that this place was just weird. Our room was totally fine and seemed very clean, but that's really the only good thing I can say. The lobby was strange...kind of looked like it was thrown together in a day like a Spirit Halloween or something. The entire pool area was under construction, and the only elevator that went to our floor was shut down. The check-in experience was also strange, and they seemed quite understaffed.

Upon arrival front desk was being rude not very helpful. If you have kids and need a crib the rooms are small we had the room with two queen beds and had to put the crib in between both beds so had to climb on the bed to get to my side. It was my first time asking for a crib was not sure what the hotel provided after guy explained what they provided with the crib. I asked for the bedsheets right away after arrival he said no to go set up the crib first. When I came back for the sheets he acted clueless. Apparently they do not have housekeeping is what the guy said front desk does it all. I brushed it off thought the next morning was going to be a better experience but we were wrong breakfast was not ready the guy was rushing and it was past 6am. He also was not very pleasant had an attitude of someone who did not like their job and did not want to be there. My nephew was getting a cup of juice while the guy was setting up breakfast in the other room and staff member was trying to get to the trash instead of saying excuse me he just stared to move out of the way. Never have I ever had a terrible experience like this around that area.
