Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids.
Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance.
My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.

Great location and 15 years ago. It's obvious the resort was the top place to stay on the whole island.
Now, it needs a major rejuvenation to update plumbing, the room decor and the reception areas. Staff were generally good, but it took a long time to change our room into something resembling a three star resort.
