Estuve 8 días, desde el primer reporte no tener Internet en la habitación, un problema con el tanque de agua del inodoro y ruidos excesivos del apartamento de arriba. Nunca hicieron nada. El personal del front desk no hizo nada. Primera vez que me maltratan tanto como huésped en un hotelm

Couldn't ask for more from an airport hotel. Large comfortable room , well equipped. Restaurant food was also very good.

My daughter, son, and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Loreto very much. The staff there was so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The location was very good and walking distance from most of the major attractions in Santiago. It is also near several metro stations if you want to use public transit. While the hotel does not serve breakfast, they do offer the most amazing coffee throughout the day. One the first floor, there is a very cozy dining room where you can eat in and meet other travelers. This hotel is very, very clean. And for a very reasonable fee, they offer in-house laundry service. Our trip to Santiago was unique as on Day #4 of our holiday, I fell and shattered my right kneecap. The Hotel Loreto staff was genuinely kind and concerned. They helped me so much, and I was able to extend my reservation for 3 days as the emergency room doctor told me to wait 3 days before flying home. And fortunately, this hotel has an elevator and a hallway shower with a very low step. These two features were a blessing as my right leg was completely immobilized and in a brace. Even though my trip to Chile did not turn out as planned, I will remember the kindness of the Hotel Loreto staff for many years to come. Gracias por todo! <3

Beautiful old building and garden. Staff helped us out with coffee and an early check-in, after a long flight. The location is convenient to the metro, etc., but not super touristy. We’d stay here again, without hesitation.
