I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. The rollaway bed smelled terrible and was uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was one of the biggest disappointments. During our entire stay, they mostly just emptied the trash. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic housekeeping was lacking. The beach is beautiful, but the current is very strong and I did not feel it was safe for young children. The resort also lacked atmosphere. There was no music or entertainment, making it feel very quiet and lifeless. The food at the restaurant was poor considering the high prices. The meals were expensive, and the waitresses were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall, I expected much more for the price. I would not choose to stay here again.

My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we have zero complaints. The resort was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. Their beach and infinity pool was exactly what we wanted and we enjoyed every second of it. We also loved that the shops were nearby.

We loved it here! Beautiful hotel, spacious octagon room, great ocean view. Hotel is lacking a coffee shop/bakery/cafe - somewhere to get a latte in the morning and dessert in the evening. We also felt like the hotel had so many great unused areas like the big courtyard. Breakfast was good but expensive for what it is. The beach bar was fabulous- the staff and the drinks! Beach was great as well as the pool. Never a fight to get chairs. My kids loved the paddle boards. We will def be back!
