We wanted to be close to the beach and shopping. Hotel Posada Real is on the beach which is what we wanted. The local market/shopping is about a 10-15 minute walk. We went in September, it was very quiet, not many people at all. We had our pick of beach chair at any point of the day. The swim up bar had its busy moments, but never more than 8 people. Food was good, buffet was adequate. Overall, a nice relaxing week-long vacation.
