Nice stay, the amenities were great. Buffet breakfast was big with lots of choice. Staff friendly. Could hear a lot of noise in night from the hallway due to being near lifts but overall good sleep beside the odd noisy guest!

Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.

Great view, comfortable room and excellent breakfast

During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant was ignored, - The spa had workers painting outside the sauna. - Even room service ignored dietary requests While one-off mistakes can be understood, what truly stood out was the pattern. After the first slip-up, I would have expected greater care in the next interactions—especially for a high-tier booking. Instead, once they slipped, they kept slipping. I’ve had high-end stays where the premium was worth it—this definitely wasn’t. While the “hardware” (the property itself) was decent (on the older side), the service fundamentals were simply missing: causing us to waste significant time and energy that would otherwise be spent relaxing and having a good time. While two staff members (Alexa & Hasena) stood out positively (more to put out fires rather than to prevent them), overall, it felt more mass-market than luxury. I cannot recommend it at this price point certainly for their top tier suites. Only consider if you're not looking for good service as an important factor
