This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, quality of breakfast was very sub-par - with rotten fruit, second rate cereal offerings etc, same with the hotel room amenities and the hotel management follow up on guest requests and complaints

A beautiful well designed not overwhelmingly big resort. Unfortunately, resort suites are not fully kept to top five star standards: private pool area was overgrown, bathroom finishes need updating, rooms are somewhat sterile, our air conditioning unit had trouble. Also for a trip with children and family there's not a huge array of activities.... and the little extras that they have available cost a few euros here, and there ( even the billiard tables or fussball need to be paid for), which is not something that we expect from a 5 star resort. A special mention, however, for the staff that are very friendly and helpful. Net we enjoyed our stay, butthe overall quality can be improved

We had a suite with our own pool which was nice. I didn’t like that you had to go to the desk to change the pool towels. The gym was an afterthought. It was small and only had one treadmill. No towels or water there or anything to wipe down the equipment. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of fresh choices.

Nice hotel, not 5 star for sure. Got a Delux room but was 2 single beds joined together with some bedding in the middle so you wont tell. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. Asked for a harder mattress, there was non available. Mattress had yellow marks under the sheets. Resteraunts to book were unavailable, even though looked empty. Not much to do in surrounding area. Local shops very pricey for snacks. Main food hall same food nearly every day.

Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

Stay here!! This is the most beautiful and well thought out hotel I have ever been in. They thought of everything for peace and comfort. Brand new! From the amazing infinity pool to the correct amount of sunbeds, no need to worry there are more beds available than guests can occupy, to the most comfortable bed and a real comforter, the amazing fresh breakfasts, the staff that smiles and knows you by name- this is the place to stay. Beautiful beach, easy walk to town for great dinners or stay on site for a personalized meal. The push button shades, unobstructed views from balconies, real hangers in the closet, a safe that actually works smoothly, coffee and fridge in the room, hot water in the showers with amazing pressure, usb and c outlets, electronic systems to alert maids if cleaning is needed ( no clunky signs to hang on the door). Quiet peaceful stays.

This was the best hotel & holiday experience I’ve ever had! The place is beautiful, the staff are amazingly attentive & friendly- the room we had (sea view with private pool) was blissful- can’t recommend the place highly enough! It’s so serene and quiet and relaxing… The food is amazing and the evening entertainment was of a really high standard!

Amazing family holiday, we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff food everything was perfect.

Really great place. Beach and pools were great and well-served; Bars were convenient, staff was sincerely friendly and professional. Food was just great beyond all expectations.
