This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. However, you cannot get help from the apartment complex with your codes etc. It’s a sublet apartment. Codes and wifi you must contact “The Landing” and not Expedia or the “Arcadia apartment office” When you check in to the Landing online, they will take you through everything. Thankfully I did screenshot each page I checked because I was never able to access their app that they ask you to download and use. You need to save the key code for the front door that you are given. Save it because everytime you need to go in the building, you must use. Then you will have a code for your apartment door. The door has a “smart door lock”. We had never seen one of these. We were totally stumped at first. They don’t explain it. It’s an all black door knob and all you need to do is touch the knob and it will light up with white numbers like a clock and you punch in the code to the apartment. You do need to turn the deadbolt away from the door jam to unlock. When you leave, make sure you deadbolt the door.

This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.

The condo was amazing! Nice bedrooms and living space. Super clean and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Property was very secure with a security guard at the entrance. Lots of parking available. Loved staying here.

This place is just creepy and inefficient, which is ironic because they think they are being “creative and forward thinking”. In short, this is what a hotel would be if AI created it with out any human influence. First of all there is not a living soul working at the place. No front desk, no people at all. They indicate they will send you a “door code” thirty minutes prior to your check in time and a front door code as well. However, I never received it, and had to call after hours to get it and of course only AI answered, and was zero help. A guy (45 minutes later) apparently was alerted and I was finally sent my room code. Apparently (according to my Uber driver) the building was a church that someone purchased in order to to make it into a chic place to stay. Like most of these ventures the rooms are forced and have no natural light flow or lighting other than lamps. The decor throughout the building is ok at first glance, (many books and board games and hanging chairs etc) but it became very obvious that despite the attempt To arm warm, homey and inviting, it’s in fact a sterlile waste land of modernity. Again, it was if AI created this entire place and is now wondering “why don’t people love me?” It’s because it’s all fake and lacks soul. Oh and the WiFi didn’t work and the restaurant that was suppose to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner was never inhabited by a single person. In fact, I never saw a person on the property at all but me. They don’t have a pool

Wonderful experience all around! The staff were all very helpful and kind; the room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. And the restaurant, ANR, served an amazing, delicious breakfast! ... Only wish I could have stayed longer- Thank you!!
