We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. Even then, the rooms were not so close to the reception. They also had to downgrade the room to get us closer to reception and would not refund us the difference between the family room we booked and the standard room we ended up staying in. The pool area is lovely and the beach as well. However the hotel is just very inconvenient with the lift situation. Toilets by the pool are absolutely filthy and the odour is awful. The food was ok, but was always cold. Salad bar is nice and drinks are too: Staff were also ok, quick to tend to your needs. Overall, I wouldn’t visit again. It definitely isn’t a 5 star but was ok.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to the vibrant city centre. The staff are incredible and go over and above anything I’ve experienced before. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip despite sleazyjets best efforts to ruin it.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful, Rooms with very old furniture and need renovation. Beach is rocky and needs more attention regarding cleaning it. Food at the restaurant is okay but not the best. Drinks specifically from coffee machines are terrible.

This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them.

Our stay here is beyond exceptional . Every one is professional and welcoming . Food options are alot and ameneties are top notch . Will be coming back
