One of the Best Hospitality Experiences Ever Our stay at Amarina Hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Guest Relations Mr. Rahim followed up with us from the first day of booking, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and we were generously upgraded to a room with pool and sea view — thanks to Mariam at reception. The aqua park is perfect for kids and adults and is heated, which is a big advantage. The main pool is also heated and spacious. The beach is clean, sandy, and well maintained. Pool bar service was excellent — thank you Khaled. Room service was very good, and the creative bed decorations were a lovely surprise for the kids. Food variety is outstanding, with different cuisines offered daily. The Italian restaurant was amazing, the Indian restaurant was good, and the Asian restaurant was okay. Special thanks to Executive Chef Ahmed for his extra care, including a lunch bag on our travel day and a fruit basket. Appreciation also to Moustafa, Moataz, and Ahmed for their friendliness and great service in the restaurants. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional with zero issues during our stay. This will definitely not be our last visit. Special thanks again to Mr. Rahim for making our vacation unforgettable.

Everything was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned, kitchen fully equipped to cook even big meals. Stuff were great and I would like to thank Christina, Mostafa, Bahaa, Amr and the cleaning stuff Shaymaa, Manal and Mona. Thank you all

Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property!

I was in room 2939. Room was nice. Guest relation Ms Marina was prompt and courteous. Housekeeping there wer no tooth brush and vanity kit in toilet. Carpets were not so clean from corridor and room. Glass Shower door was not closing properly and making loud crack sound all water would spil out. some power plus gone loose Bell Captain & Team Super poor service. It took them half hour abd three calls and intervention by Mr Ahmed duty manager before someone came to collect luggage abd put in taxi. We almost missed our taxi due to waiting. SERIOUS IMPROVEMET NEEDED IN BOTH DEPT. All the want is TIP TIP TIP.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

Large, clean, well appointed room and bathroom. The mattress was in good condition (no sagging in the middle or the side). Lighting was good. Blackout curtains provided privacy and insulation against the sun and the air con worked well. Reception was polite, efficient and knowledgeable checking in and out. Several restaurants available within the hotel including an Italian venue with excellent food and service. Bottled water was used in food prep and ice for drinks. No Pharaoh’s curse! A grand hotel located about 15 mins. from the airport but about 45 mins. from site seeing activities. I would definitely stay here again.

They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way.
