Amazing hotel! Room was clean and tidy. Great staff, had a really pleasureful experience at this establishment!

So pleased, and amazing location! Grocery store is literally around the corner, and a huge mall is half a mile away. Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, safe area. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Comfortable room! Staff always available to help or answer questions and offer recommendations. Excellent steak as well as appetizers and wine in the restaurant. A broad range of dishes and options. Breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes, fruit and meats, cheeses, eggs.

I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.

The parking I was initially offered was close to being a disaster. No parking places left and the space to exit at the end of a long line of cars was almost fully blocked by someone parked there. I had to drive partly on the sidewalk to get through a very narrow space. An extremely tricky thing to manage without hitting the other car. To reverse down the long line of parked cars through another narrow space while tired from a long drive was not an option. After getting through this ordeal, I was offered one of two other spaces easily accessible and closer to the apartment. Why those were not offered from the beginning, I’m not sure. I’m upset about being put through this. Fortunately, the owner was contactable. Earlier in the day I had a little trouble with that. I’d prefer to be able to find the key somewhere else besides under the doormat on the floor of the hallway, which isn’t so clean. Otherwise the apartment was OK, the washing machine was very helpful, though the cord had to be fished out from behind the machine and plugged in. Detergent provided. The shower had to be used hand held and the drain needs attention. Shower floor was filling up fast with water.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. The manager was really helpful and fix any problem we could find immediately. Very kind.
