Rooms are nice, clean and have everything you could need. To improve: the shower water power and the minibar temperature. Beside that, it is a perfect place for your stay in Skopje. Oh, the breakfast, unpretentious, but delicious !!! "

"Recently stayed at the executive suites, had amazing communication with the providers, the room was well kept, very close to the Centre of Skopje with only 10 minute walking distance, so there was no need to use a taxi service. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by also. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends, than you executive suites!"

"Good hotel next to old town. One of our rooms didn't had working lights at bathroom but it was changed quickly for nearby room. Rooms are specious and comfortable. The view from the roof is superb. Breakfast was pretty good. There is free parking in front of the hotel. If it's full then you can just leave your car keys at reception and they would move it if needed."

"I loved the flat. Everything was amazing except that there are some water damage on the ceilings and the one of curtain on the bed was torn. If you want to ventilate the flat, there were mosquitoes so I can understand there is moisture inside the flat due to jacuzzi. But I would still highly recommend this place and I would love to stay here again. As I like to walk so for me location was perfect distance from Diamond mall, city Center and Central bus station"

"Nice welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They had an elevator in the lobby which was nice but some steep stone steps to get to the hotel entrance. The food was good. All the staff were friendly and chatty. The water pressure was a little slow in the shower. There was a bit of confusion on checking in as our group of 5 was not on there list. This was sorted but it did waste a lot of our time while they checked and allocated our rooms. Overall a good place to stay."

"Stay at a different hotel. This one was beyond unacceptable when it came to cleanliness and customer service. The restaurants were both good. Housekeeping did not clean my bathroom on third day during my 8-day stay. I asked them to clean it for the next morning but course they didn't clean it nor did they clean it the third day. There was no attention given to cleaning the sink or toilet. The front desk had no regard for other inquiries either. Unwilling to help find a lost jacket left in the lobby . Such a disappointment for my first visit to Macedonia. Well definitely didn't ruin the trip to Macedonia but still was somewhat of a noticeable disappointment."
