Upon arrival date, we found out no hot water for shower, called to Front office, they send a pack of bottled water. Finally they checked the hot water supply and we were told to turn on at least few mintues to have hot water. Still, Hot water supply was not stable in these few days, different from day and night.
Wifi connection is terrible, no area inside the Villa can able to login hotel wifi
Swimming pool inside villa looks not really clean upon arrival, have to ask FO to clean seperately next day, then become better.
Overall, location is very convenient, service is okay.
