Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

Perfect location, very close to beach & all activity Patong is famous for, very well-presented hotel, impeccably clean & maintained, helpful staff comfortable rooms & bathroom facilities including hot water & water pressure. highly recommend this hotel as a must for any length of time in a convenient at area of Patong.

This villa is excellent

Andakira Hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I could not bear the constant odor from untreated sewage while staying in my room, and having breakfast at the cafeteria. On the first morning, I even had to jump over a large puddle of water in the hallway outside my room. Moreover, the view from my room was such an eyesore. I was looking at a garbage dump and abandoned buildings the whole time. I kindly asked for a refund after the first night, as my stay was uncomfortable. However, after Expedia contacted them several times on my behalf, they still refused to grant me a refund. Do yourself a favor and book a nicer hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Patong. That's exactly what I did. My only regret was choosing Andakira Hotel in the beginning.

We had a great stay there. If you like to stay somewhere with local vibe, this is the best choice. This hotel is not surrounded with luxury shops and not very touristy people. Shops around this place are cheaper than the other sides of Phuket. Hotel was amazing and restaurant was great. The only issue we had was with non stick kitchenware which I asked them to replace.

What a wonderful stay! The size of the unit, the amenities, the staff, all five star! The outdoor bar/restaurant service was superb. Would most certainly stay again!
