The dining area and the lounge were excellent. The rooms were small and had poor cupboards in them. No aircon just a small desk fan - very warm room! Service outside the bar (ie around pool are) was extremely slow.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the restaurant the night we arrived as it was 9 o’clock and the service was quick and efficient food was good and the waiter very friendly. Breakfast was amazing the choice was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly We loved the location of the hotel

A lovely grand hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff, from Kris on the front desk, to Ruben the concierge and Sianna at the pool. Lots of nice touches, Excellent breakfast and dinner too. Top class.

Excellent hotel with 2 minor problems. The room key arrangements are great for families but not for a couple of adults. The 3rd floor has little ventilation and is too hot at night. Window opening is restricted and so a good night's sleep is not to be had.
