The hotel had a lovely location and the receptionist was very helpful and gave great suggestions. We did not get the room with a view which we had booked but so the receptionist waived the parking fee instead. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Perfect for a family. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of pastries to choose from! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel!

The hotel is located on the lakeside road in Lago Maggiore, approximately 4.5 kilometers from Arona city center. Ample free parking is available, and transportation is convenient. Our lake-view terrace room offered beautiful lake views. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, and a generous buffet breakfast was served.

"Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon, mais bruyant, la route très passante est très proche. Chambre propre et confortable mais donnant sur la route très passante, double vitrage de mauvaise qualité, donc compliqué de se reposer."
