The property is postcard perfect. Its location couldn't be better. Its in the middle of Fira and Oia so you could potentially walk to either. I would not hesitate to stay there again especially knowing what to expect and not expect. 1. They will not pick you up at the airport. 2. They do not respond to texts or communicate well with guests. 3. Be super specific that you do not want the studio with the ladder (not stairs) to the bed. Luckily we are pretty fit and coordinated. 4. They will help with a car rental. That worked out great. 5. Breakfast might show up as requested. 6. When you arrive in Santorini tell the driver to bring you to DaVinci restaurant. Its the shortest walk to the villas which are located down a walkway to the right of Onar Restaurant If you get frustrated with them just look out the window and you'll forget why you were upset.

How can I rate this hotel more than 5 stars? Wow!!! Exceptional from start to finish! We island hopped all over Greece for 2 weeks and I have to say, Bill&Coo in Mykonos was top tier with excellent customer service, a beautiful atmosphere, amazing location and an overall vibe! It was our absolute favorite! We were so sad to leave but will most definitely be back! Thank you to the staff at Bill&Coo, you made Mykonos an unforgettable travel destination for my husband and I!
