Every thing was perfect....parking, middle of the city location, staff, cleanliness, food. Great gluten free options. Couldn't be happier& will definitely stay here again.

Hotel bed was comfy and i believe for this area it was a good hotel. The wife and I enjoyed our stay but the amenities could have been a little nicer for the cost. I give it 4 outta 5

We were unable to complete our stay as planned and had to move to another hotel. We had booked a family room for 4 people - there was no air conditioning in the part of the building our room was located and the room was extremely hot with a small window and a fan circulating warm air. We asked to be moved and were advised that air conditioning is only available in executive rooms which are for 2 people and if we wanted to move there would be a cost of £250 for an additional room. Having already paid over the odds for a family room in the hotel we were not prepared to pay more. The hotel offered a bucket of ice (not sure what that was meant to achieve) and a second fan but this made no difference and just circulated more warm air. The hotel did finally agree to refund our stay even though the cancellation period has passed and we moved to a hotel a short drive away. We found the attitude of the hotel quite disappointing - they clearly know the lack of air conditioning is a problem as there are signs in reception offering fans, bottles of water and ice and advice to guests to keep curtains closed. They suggested the heat wave had caused the problem with room temperature but that ended weeks ago and it was 18 degrees the day we arrived so hardly a heat wave. This hotel has good potential but needs investment in air conditioning for family rooms as a minimum.

Solid hotel convenient to Dublin airport. The breakfast was the highlight, paying for parking was the lowlight. Including parking in the price or letting customers know ahead of time would be more transparent. It was crazy crowded, so having only three elevators complicates things when checking in. The fitness center is way too small (with no air flow) for the amount of folks staying there. That said, beds were comfy, shower had great water pressure, rooms came with a fridge. Overall, a reliable choice for the night before a flight.
