It was the perfect Hotel for a early departure. Everyone was kind and helpful and the whole experience was positive and easy.

Excellent every day. Visited two years ago, and this time chose this as our first stop on our 25th anniversary trip. Impeccably clean, gorgeously decorated. Impressed that even the younger staff in the restaurant/bar were extremely attentive, professional, and helpful. The breakfast is so lovely, and includes many gluten free options. A reliably excellent choice!

My child has severe allergies and when I messaged a few days before checking in about this, the hotel sent a short reply only saying to check with the chef on the day - would have been nice to know that they are actually pre-prepared for catering for allergies. Check-in was pleasant. Breakfast was nice although there was only a QR code to scan for allergies. Room itself was too hot. There was a fan in the room but was useless. The toilet didn’t flush unless you pumped the handle. Room was dirty in places. We also got a hotel near the lifts. When people came through the fire door at the lifts, it would make our room door shake.

Great hotel. Great location. Very clean. Only thing I’d say is bad pillows in the rooms leading to bad sleep and a very small TV.

The whole experience was magical, all the staff were so friendly and attentive made me feel like royalty. The room and surrounding amenities at the spa which were right next to the rooms were fantastic. On my next visits which hopefully will be soon, a visit to the Treatment Rooms will be a must. The entrance hall took my breath away as I entered looking for the reception totally wasn't what I expected from outside. Very peaceful surroundings and if you like golf your laughing 😂

Great location for shopping across the road at the Square. Ideal for getting luas as the stop is outside

No AC, asked Front desk for fans, scorched all night then when I brought it up the next day they asked if I told anyone, duh I came down the night before for two fans!
