We loved the property and its location. It was very conveniently situated for getting around, and the staff was wonderful.

Property is run by very incompetent people I had to move room due to electrical and socket problems no issue here except first was told no then got a new room then told sorry it’s for someone else although I’m already occupying room This took place over 3 hours and now we are past midnight Staff lied didn’t help then tried to get out of their lie the entire saga took over 3 hours No apologies no consideration that I’m tired Tried for over a week to talk to a manger no response Emailed Mr Kirby head of this shambles of a hotel still no response totally ignored We had just arrived from the US and I have never in my life had such a bad experience in a Hotel due to lies mismanagement and no apology afterwards Also the Hotel is very run down carpets are stained rooms are old no air conditioning so super really hot if weather is nice Awful experience

The hotel is very dated even the elevator and use of actual keys to open and unlock the room door. The room was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning in the room and the temperature was above 23*C even went up to 26*C and the hotel only provided a small fan. The window barely opens to let air in, it was ver uncomfortable to sleep for the two nights we stayed there. The breakfast was fresh not a lot of choices as you order from the menu. The room was clean and the location good.
