Lovely hotel great dining and lovely staff. Will definitely recommend

This was a repeat stat. We had multiple issues with the parking which is frustrating. We tried to order food in the bar and waited 20 minutes and nobody even took our order (the bar was not busy). We wanted to use the laundry service described on the website amd was told it wasnt available. While some of the staff were really lovely there was such inconsistency in service amd that was frustrating. Our rooms were very clean but the mattresses are getting old and not comfortable and the travel cot I was given was very worn. We have stayed here multiple times but this time we agreed that for our next trip we would look at alternatives

Good location and history. Very clean. Is on a main street where trolly goes by all night directly in front, as well as very popular night clubs across the street.
