The check in was fine. The 2 bedroom suite was very small, dark and the lights didn’t work. The guy who checked us in came to the room to swap out our key cards cause he only gave us key cards for 1 night when we are staying for 2. He eventually got the lights working. Had to move the bed to plug the lamp in. The bathroom had no vanity so no place to keep your toiletries. The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water we tried, left the water run for over a half hour and no hot water. So in order to wash your face you had to learn over the bath tub. Not impressed with this place at all. Our room was right next to the highway so traffic was another issue, very loud. Mattress was old spring material. The package coffee cream had hardened in the package god only knows how old it was. No air conditioning in the 2 nd bedroom but there was a fan. The walls are painted a dark red with yellowing orange trim. The clock on the microwave won’t set, kept going back to zero. No trash can in the bathroom either. Telephone was set next to tv not very well laid out. The tv had lines going through it. I would not recommend this place at all we paid over 400.00 to stay here, no easy chairs only kitchen chairs that were very old. If you arrive after 9pm your keys are in a mailbox. The office closes at 9 The only thing that saved us from leaving and getting another room somewhere else is because our granddaughter was getting married and this place was close to the event.

Amazing view from the third floor. This is a older hotel with older furnishings but immaculately clean and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again. The staff person that checked me in was very kind and efficient.
