the good of the hotel: centrally located, room was clean and lay out modern. However, no coffee, closet, drawers or fridge in them, you can ask for fridge and they do provide). the staff review is mixed. This hotel is more like a party hotel thus if you are family with small children it may not be the hotel vibe you are looking for, may be it was because of a holiday weekend, but lots of noise. The review of staff is mixed; First person we encountered was OK. Checking was not available until after 5;30 as they didn't have a room available. When we checked in, the front desk person offered a free drink at the bar (which is in the same area of the check in area). The next day at checkout asked the front desk attendance (a woman that looked liked she didn't want to be there and not a great attitude) and she mentioned that we had NO charges. I should have asked for the receipt as she didn't provide much comfort because later I saw in the credit card an additional 24.38 from the hotel. When called the hotel, the attendant said the F&B dept is only there during the week so to call back. They did charge for the 'complementary' drink 24.38 and after review only reimbursed 11.19 and none can explain why. these are deceptive practices.
