Can’t fault anything.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the center of town. I loved the bathroom and it's huge claw tub. The breakfast was generous and tasty. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Although the area did not get very hot during our stay (max was 70f), if you run hot at night this may be uncomfortable. We did have a fan in our room. The staff and locating were excellent. There's a very nice spa on site that we did not use.

We just wrapped up our stay at the Rusacks, and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. The property was immaculate — every space felt genuinely spotless, right down to the smallest details. But what really set this hotel apart was the service. This is, without exaggeration, the best hotel service we’ve encountered anywhere in the world. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and clearly took real pride in the experience they were creating for guests. A special mention goes to Lucas, who went above and beyond throughout our stay, the kind of hospitality that turns a great hotel into an unforgettable one. Between the location right on the 18th hole, the impeccable cleanliness, and truly world-class service, we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our time in St Andrews. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, we’ll be back as soon as we possibly can.

A fantastic place. Perfect location in the city. Wonderful old building with loads of character, renovated to a very high standard. Bar / restaurant is a great place to be. All the staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly. Food is superb. Will stay there again.
