Staff are very friendly, helped us sort out bus and train schedules and fastest route to get into London. There is a Lidl grocery store across the street, fresh pastries every morning made for fast easy breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Shopping Center with Starbucks and McDonald’s is about a 5 minute, bus stops are within a 2 minute walk. We are a family of 4, visiting London for the first time so wasn’t sure how far away, but it is about 30 minute service to London Bridge Station from Bexley or Abbywood station.

I booked a two-night birthday stay with my niece. The grounds and main property are lovely, and the staff were generally pleasant, but unfortunately the room and overall experience were very disappointing. Our room faced directly onto a flat roof, fencing and overgrown vegetation, which made it feel enclosed. I asked to move on the first day but was told there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked due to a wedding. The room then became extremely hot overnight. There was no air conditioning, and the fan provided was not working and was visibly dusty. At around 4 a.m., I had to take the fan to reception myself to have it replaced. The bed was also very uncomfortable. It appeared to be two single beds joined together, with a noticeable dip in the middle and mattresses sloping inward. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and seemed partially blocked. After raising these issues the following morning, I was offered an upgraded room for the second night, despite being told the previous day that no rooms were available. That inconsistency affected my confidence in the way the complaint was handled. The hotel fully refunded the second night and refunded 50% of the first night, which I appreciated. However, I chose to leave rather than stay another night because the experience had already been spoiled. The property has potential, and the staff were courteous, but the room maintenance, bed comfort and consistency of communication fell well below acceptable

Really good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Bath was well designed with good handrails. Bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. The place was well staffed and they were really pleasant. It’s worth taking the breakfast option, there was a nice selection, the quality of the food was great, and the coffee was nice even from a machine, they used good beans. Nice all round and good value in a convenient place.

Very useful to have parking so convenient. Lovely helpful staff made all the booking changes we needed. Would defintely recommend this location
