We had a lovely stay for one night. We used the pool and the gym looked well equipped.

Everything was perfect. Amazing staff clean areas wonderful atmosphere

The location is very convenient to Brands Hatch (obviously) but also to a variety of other local attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one in particular being exceptional, Leah. The room was OK though the bathroom was in need of some attention, over bath shower screen needed attention as it leaked, and the mirror was unusually high up the wall so that my average height partner had difficulty using it vanity unit also unusually high. Generally, cleanliness was good throughout the property. Restaurant was clean, staff OK though could have been more attentive (example they would deliver fresh drinks but not remove empty glasses unless prompted), varied food styles menu and of a reasonable standard.

I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday Inns are the same, especially outside of the UK. The only other incident that happened, room service didn’t do my room for 2day straight. The first time I didn’t say anything but after coming back late from being out all day, my linens and towels weren’t changed I complained to front desk and had to step out for a few hours while they find someone to clean my room. This was after 8pm at night. It got cleaned so that was resolved.
