Great location within walking distance to the night market, central area, and river. The hotel has a charming retro design with modern comforts, and our room was spacious and cozy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—helping with luggage, offering welcome drinks, fruits, and cold towels, which was a lovely touch in the hot weather.
One area for improvement would be soundproofing, as noise from outside and upper floors was noticeable. Otherwise, the stay was peaceful, clean, and good value.
Overall: A cozy boutique hotel with excellent service and a strategic location—highly recommended for a stay in Hoi An.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel so much we extended our stay for 2 nights (and they gave us a free upgrade for those 2 nights!)
The rooms were clean and had exactly what you need, well air conditioned for the very hot August weather.
The pools were gorgeous and the main sunset one was open til 8pm so we could have a late night dip.
The breakfast was lovely and got to enjoy some western food but also some traditional Vietnamese breakfast options.
We also made use of the Coco Spa. We had a couples massages with one of their deals which was about £30 for a 90 minute session.
The reception staff were great, especially Ann, who was available all the time on reception or via WhatsApp.
For us this hotel was great as it was an escape from the busy Hoi An town, with the most beautiful surroundings of rice fields which we cycled through most days.

Well located, quiet and quick access to the old town.
The hotel is showing its age, especially in the bedroom, bedside tables chipped, marks on the walls.
The bathroom however is great, walk-in shower.
Be careful when checking-out, the staff will inspect the room before letting you go to check, which is understandable, if any minibar has been used or any extra. However this was not mention during check-in, which lead my check-out taking a good 10 minutes as the young staff sent to check my room did not seem very motivated to do so. The long process made me late for my tour pick-up.
I fully understand why they do that, even if it is the first time I'm seeing that - but mention of it would have been nice.

"Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is good, lots of options. It did get busy, but the line went by fast. They confiscated my Bluetooth speaker at the security even when we had no intention of using it. We got it back when we checked out."
