Lanzarote Honeymoon Packages

Really great hotel, staff and amenities — we visited mid-April, and unfortunately the main pool was too cold to swim in. We had a few chilly moments in the heated pool, but the only thing that would make this experience better are heated pools.

We stayed in the adults only section. Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service. Plenty of sunbeds. Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue. Adults entertainment was good each night. Adults restaurant was nice, good selection and always space to sit. Sometimes bar got busy but staff did their best.

Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special.

Only a short stay this time but wow this hotel just gets better and better . Especially loved the welcome bottle of wine recognising my continued bookings

Pool for swimming was a bit "meh" and an inside pool Breakfast was excellent Spa was closed Room was great, but a selection of pillows would have been good, as the only option provided was thin and hard Arrecife as a town has little to do in, so unless you are there on business it would be hard to justify more than a night or two (we needed an extra night before a flight the next day).

The property was beautiful. It was easy to maneuver if you need some assistance. They did a great job making it feel that it was in a place on its own, even thought it was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, with the buffet being well spread out and/ or you can order off the à la cart menu… or both. The resturant(s) at the hotel had a great selection and we enjoyed the meals that we had. I would recommend the reservation at the time of check in for the tasting menu. We had not and missed the experience. Note: the water you need to pay for, a suggestion is to go down to the supermarket and pick up some bottles, much less expensive. You can also pick up some drinks and put them in the fridge that is available in your room, One of the downfalls is the pool. It was only about 3 to 4 feet deep and you cannot swim a length as it was small and during our stay it was extremely hot and would enjoyed to be in the pool a little longer, however the pool was quite busy and hard to maneuver around the people. Not a 5* and not up to the standard of a ‘Grand Hyatt’. In fact one of my friends had stayed here before when it was called ‘Dreams’ and nothing has changed with the property. The food was average at best, the was a cafe with rude staff who were impatient. The best thing about this hotel was the Appletiser available as all inclusive!
