I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation!

My stay was incredible. My family and I loved everything the hotel had to offer. However, we had one bad situation the day of our checkout because my card was declined for the charges that I charged to the room. I wasn’t aware of my card being declined and they did not make it known to me that it was. What they did do was lock me out of my room and I was confused about the situation because I hadn’t checked out yet. When my family and I returned from breakfast, we were waiting in the corridor for an hour and it was frustrating. Again, I had not checked out so it was just frustrating the way they decided to handle the situation was by locking me out of my room with all my belongings inside. Once I figured out what was going on, my card was charged and everything was fine to get back in, but, I thought that was extremely inappropriate. With that being said, our stay was excellent aside from that and I’m not the type to make these situations a big deal. But It was frustrating cause I have 2 small children and we were locked out of our room.

I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute.
Special thank you to the staff at Ola for singing Happy Birthday to me during brunch!

The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!

Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC.

The pools were very nice and perfect for our 8 year old. So that is a positive. The food being so expensive, though, is a real drawback to this hotel. You can drive other places to eat or pick up food, but that’s a pain sometimes and it would be nice if the hotel food prices just weren’t quite so outrageously high. If it weren’t for that, we would happily stay here again because everything else was great
