Very clean and beautiful hotel I would definitely come back for a longer stay next summer I just loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back and stay and enjoy it at the fullest

Brilliant

The location was very nice since it’s inside the Medina. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach. We reserved a large unit for six people. It’s comfortable except the beds are hard. The food was very basic and nothing spectacular. In fact all I wanted for breakfast was a glass of orange juice and the answer I got was it’s not the season. All the other hotels I stayed at served fresh orange juice. We didn’t use the amenities because we were never given a card even after I gave my email. In short while the location was safe and inside the Medina, my G-kids didn’t enjoy their stay and frankly it wasn’t worth the money paid.

While I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews, as a seasoned traveler, I must note that the service provided fell below the standards expected of a four or five-star establishment. The check-in process with Ousemma was quite difficult, as the level of assistance provided felt begrudging rather than professional. I would like to gently suggest that guests are essential to the success and continued operation of the hotel. Although the room was satisfactory at first glance, I discovered ants on the mattress when I attempted to sleep. After three phone calls, the staff replaced the sheets, but we were unfortunately awakened later that night to find ants on the bedding once again. Given that the room was on the seventh floor, this suggests a lack of proper cleanliness regarding the mattress or linens. On a positive note, the staff at the pool and restaurants were helpful and very attentive. Overall, however, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the disappointing experience at reception.
