It is 2026, and if your internet works sporadically, you have lost the market. I called the front desk, and there was no improvement. In the morning, the front desk refused to allow my Rappi food delivery to be brought to my room and INSISTED I come get it. I asked her name, and she refused; then I asked for the manager, and she said they were not there, so I asked their name, and she also refused to give me that. The shower performed so poorly, with terrible pressure and water spraying everywhere, that I abandoned the idea of even taking a shower..The room was tiny, not even a desk to sit at, and the Orbitz VIP was non-existent. How do they not upgrade when the hotel is empty??? I won't return to this property. The valet and housekeepers were excellent...The front desk was unwelcoming on arrival and then downhill from there....

The most beautiful hotel. We were beyond happy with the hotel, location, room, spa, pool, staff and food. Everything was beyond our expectations. Every staff member was nicer than the next. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return
