It was very soft and we could feel the springs sticking into us. We ended trying to sleep on top of the duvet. We would have asked to be moved but had travelled all day to get to Newquay and were exhausted. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming. The luxury suite with sundeck room was very nice and comfortable with a good shower, great bed and shower. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly.
