The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time.
