9/10 太棒了！ (1,003 条点评)
While the staff members were pleasant and courteous during our interactions, the overall condition of the property was deeply disappointing. We used this hotel as the host hotel for our wedding guests, which proved to be incredibly embarrassing based on the high cost and poor quality of the accommodations.
This hotel is severely in need of modern upgrades, and the current experience does not warrant the premium price tag. There was a noticeable, stale odor throughout the hallways and inside the rooms. Furthermore, the rooms had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival. The bathroom tub did not drain efficiently, and we were shocked to discover a dead roach in the living area.
Ultimately, this property fails to live up to the expectations of a "resort and spa." Asking our wedding guests to pay high rates for such lack of upkeep and attention to detail was unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel for groups, events or any type of stay.
