We understand that the tap water can be drunk directly, not everyone especially from other parts of the world would like to do so. There is no kettle provided, and none could be borrowed. The only solution they provided was to call room service for hot water, which cost 4 Euros, so we ended up buying water from supermarket. - The TV set was out of order.
