They don't honor what they promise I paid for two nights at Konventa Seta, but our flight was delayed and we only arrived in the early hours of the last night. I asked the front desk for a late check-out, explaining the situation, and she granted us 4 PM. We went to sleep counting on it. The next morning, the manager simply revoked it — coldly, without caring that we had rearranged our whole itinerary around that agreement. The hotel didn't honor its own decision. Unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that: cobblestone streets that break suitcase wheels, no car access (long walk), and no elevator (we were on the second floor with high stairs). I don't recommend it. Charming location, but the lack of commitment to guests ruins the stay.

The suite was a spacious 45sqm - perfect with a young child. It was modern and appealing. Location was in walking distance to old town and surrounded by cafes and shops. The breakfast was niche but delicious.

Everything was great except bed matrass. I booked king size bed, but there were two mattrasses. it was creating gap in the middl of bed.

I arrived in Riga , there was a festival . I had to walk 1 km to get to the hotel ( parking services were offered ) as the roads were all closed ( no communication) I got to my room it was boiling hot . I came downstairs and asked them to please switch on my Aircon I took a bath and went out . I came back at 12 pm and was told we have back news . Aircon doesn’t work . I did not sleep a wink as there was blaring pounding music tell after 3 pm . I’m disgusted , exhausted and extremely tired and angry . I demand a full refund plus compensation for my suffering
