The units are small renovated apartments. They are clean and nice decorations. However there was no toilet paper and when I texted the number I had used to get our keyless entry info I received no response. There was shower gel in the corner of the bathroom but no shampoo. Not was there a top sheet in the bed only a comforter. It did serve our needs for the 2 nights we were there.

We had a clean updated room. Breakfast not a lot but decent options. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff tried there best to ignore you, only help if absolutely required. Had to ask for help with towels, overflowing trash and empty items at breakfast. Overall happy with stay.

Entering the office area, older Caucasian woman at front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Entering the elevator there were lots of spiders everywhere. Carpet inside building was outdated and had old stains still visible. Entering the room there was a coffee maker but no available drinking water. We were instructed by staff to “just use the sink water” fellow/guest stated “Don’t drink the water from the sink!” We went to a market down the st. And bought a jug of water. We had to kill several spiders in room and shake out sheets/blanket(very thin) before sleeping. There was a small 32inch tv on top of a dresser/microwave and mini fridge. We stayed 3 nights and barely got any sleep. The last night the front desk clerk/ mid age Caucasian male-very nice-polite, brought us extra blankets and towels. The breakfast during the week only had- cereal- bagels- donut holes-apples- yogurt-oj&coffee Sunday was the only morning they had sausage links. The only good thing were the waffles. (Indian woman)came out and watched us as we served our breakfast-arms crossed-very uncomfortable. Housekeeping came but only took the garbage. No vacuuming-or sheet changed/beds made. Overall I would say you get less than you paid-and we didn’t pay very much. I would give this hotel 1star Negative starz for poor service except Saturday night&sunday morning/he was excellent. 5 starz on location. We were next to everything. But would I choose to stay again. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
