Luxembourg Pet-friendly Vacations

Location. Helpfulness of staff. Wallpaper in hall of 15th floor coming lose. Otherwise, a great hotel where I would stay again, and recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not get to use Spa but looks great. Breakfast was good, restaurant in different building is very nice.

A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the restaurant, where the food was very good, but unfortunately, my partner did not receive the dauphinoise potatoes she ordered. There is ample free parking and opportunities to charge your vehicle if you have an electric car. The corridors of the hotel seem a little tired, but please don't let that put you off the rest of the hotel. A pleasant and peaceful stay on our European road trip. Thank you.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of Luxembourg City. The staff is ready to help with any of the needs their customers, always kind and professional. Easy to walk to important sights. There is a way to drive with a car right to the front of the hotel - contact the hotel for the way to reach this pedestrian area.

Hotel was nice and staff were helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel entrance is sometimes locked so you need to ring the bell for reception to let you inm which wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was perfectly adequate for my stay. The breakfast had a decent selection of items and I liked that they made an effort to source products locally from Luxembourg. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station which makes it convenient if arriving by train. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and places to eat within a short walk of the hotel and it is about 20 min walk to the centre. Overall, I enjoyed my stay would stay in the hotel again if in the area.
