L'hôtel est situé au bord du lac avec une très belle vue sur la rue passante. Mais l'hotel gagnerait a etre mieux entretenu. La devanture est quelconque avec des mauvaises herbes. Les chambres sont petites avec un vieil armoire qui ne sert a rien. Il n'y a pas de chaises. Et l'hotel est situé a environ 1 km du centre ville ( parc central et la rue de calzada). Ça se fait bien a bien mais une fois la nuit tombée c'est préférable de prendre un taxi. Le restaurant est tout le temps vide et il ne sert que des petits déjeuners. J'ai eu droit au café mais j'ai rien vu d'autres. Par contre il y a juste a gauche en sortant de l'hotel des restaurants typiques du Nicaragua qui sont vraiment bons et bien. Il y a aussi la nourriture de rue et je me suis essayé. Je donnerai une note de 6/10. A améliorer.
