A good stay. Would help if the concierge spoke better English as we were not able to get the information we needed. Would be helpful to have directions to the water taxi as we were quite lost trying to find it walking from the hotel. A little disappointed as I paid extra for river views and thought it would be a full view which it is only when sitting at the window so it was not worth the extra. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly
