The architecture and design are incredible, the rooms are very clean, and the amenities are perfect.
The main downside: I wish the noise levels at night time were better managed better by the use of security or similar - drunken people at night time should have a lid put on them quickly, and likewise children running around wildly and making a ruckus isn't endearing... when the whole goal was for us to get away from this exact situation.

Condition was good, bathroom was nicest part. Staff were nice but didn’t provide any help for one person with several bags. Would have expected a bit more for the reputation overall.
