Excellent luxury hotel. The dolphins are amazing. The building itself needs a little maintenance. The ac unit in our room made some strange noises. The battery in the safe needed replaced and the lighting in the bathroom is much too low. The pool furniture and umbrellas are faded. However, the place is very nice and slightly away from the craziness of Waikiki beach. Very private beach. All three restaurants are much too overpriced for the food. They are higher end but $50 for a breakfast is ridiculous. That alone will probably have us stay at the Moana next time.

Breakfast selection was phenomenal and portions were very reasonable. Hotel is open area other than the lobby and your own room. We went to the bar on a Friday night and the DJ was awesome, great vibe. Tried the 855-ALOHA restaurant on a Tuesday night and it was half full. Wait time for service and meals was almost nonexistent. Food was honestly the best tasting meal we had in our entire 10 day stay. Fresh and high quality meals all around. Housekeeping was done every other day and I was told they would provide fresh towels and bedding as well and clean out any trash. Towels were always fresh but I’m almost certain the bedding was not changed, they only made up the bed. All staff were wonderful and communication was impeccable. Valet is pricey but really worth it to avoid parking headaches! Location is great, lots to do within walking distance (2-30minute walk). Would love to come back and would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Staff was excellent, treated us amazing. Had a great honeymoon experience. Upgraded our room for a fair discounted price. Excellent location and beach is like a 3 min walk. Decent view with balcony. 5 stars all around

The resort is amazing. They have a club that you could join for $150 per person per day that provides breakfast lunch dinner and snacks at night time alcohol is free and available at all times amazing staff. Their incredible care is taken to make their guests feel really welcome. Remainder of the resort is amazing. They no longer rent mountain bikes, but they do have wonderful mountain biking trails that are great for hiking. They have a wonderful stable and fantastic horses to ride. Highly recommend this resort.

The location was the best, the staff was amazing and helpful We used the kayaks and snorkeling gear The outside of the property was well maintained. What I would improve to make it a perfect 5 star. Upgrade warped furniture (the bathroom vanity was pretty shot) I would deep clean ceiling fans and base boards.
