When asking staff question’s a lot didn’t know the answer or provided incorrect answer that led to the runaround. Also breakfast tickets were not provided up front therefor we had to figure out our self’s on what was happening since it’s a service we paid for and given the runaround then as well. Our room was dirty bathroom and sink areas I took pictures and shown to the front desk. They our stay we meet the cleaning lady she was a sweet heart we also felt bad for her because from the looks of it they don’t have many cleaning staff. The spa was also great However for a relaxing spa idk why they would have the gym and spa in the same area because the machines are pretty loud. Over all it was a good experience just a few things that can improve. Thank you

This was my first time at Waikiki. I found the AlohiLani resort to be a great value. It has a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s literally across the street from the beach. Staff was great at all times. Also, the pool is very cool on the rooftop. Great all-around experience.

The hotel initially said breakfast was only applicable for 2 people although we had specifically booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children. After discussing this further the hotel agreed that breakfast would be applicable to all members in the party. It seems ridiculous that one books a hotel that provides breakfast but only for half the party in the booking. The hotel did not mention anything about Expedia rewards on check in or check out. I had to point this out myself when I purchased something otherwise the discount would not have been applied. The days the room was cleaned was erratic - at check in it mentioned every other day but we had our room cleaned on 4 days out of 5. Everything appeared over priced at the hotel. Nevertheless facilities were good otherwise and it was close to Waikiki beach.
