La recepción la señorita Barbara (Barbie) una persona muy agradable, muy atenta y cuando vía a mi hijo de 7 años le dijo me llamo Barbara pero sólo tú me puedes llamar Barbie. El último día ella no vía a mi hijo y preguntó dónde está mi amigo Jacob, gracias a su forma atenta y recordarlo el se lleva un gran recuerdo de ella, la atención y la cordialidad que tuvo durante su estadía en El Hotel Central . Esperamos volver a ver a Barbara en un futuro cuando visitemos Panamá nuevamente.

Key location helpful staff and excellent rooms. The rooms a spacious and clean the daily cleaning is very prompt and efficient. Fabulous breakfast!

I'm an Electrician and was surprised at the crappy install of electrical receptacles... gaps between cover plate and wall and crooked. Major eyesore. Sancocho and chicken fingers were amazing. Some items at breakfast buffet were cold but should have been warm/hot. Scrambled eggs were cold and sitting in water. Omelet station and coffee were amazing. We are in Costa Rica now and I'm really missing their coffee 😢 The sea bass was incredible! Staff is mostly Spanish. Download spanish on your google translate app. Best English speaking was front desk. Everyone else is unapologetically Spanish. Pools were great.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Panama City! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—we would definitely come back!

We wish we could have had time to use the spa, but not on this trip. The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. Everything was super clean and well maintained and we loved checking out the art everywhere we walked!

This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.
