The service at the pool was less than sub-par. No service at the table. Even at the bar, I had to give my order to 3 people. The first person gave me part of the order. The second person disappeared. It took more than 25 mins to get two drinks.

Breakfast is continental buffet and AMAZING. The fruit, the many options, the omelettes, truly delicious. The room was spotless, the location more than convenient to walk and explore Casco Viejo, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the room we needed (family) was ready a bit after check in time (3:20 pm instead of 3 pm). I would stay again here.

I stayed at the W Hotel in Panama City and had a great experience. Everything was exactly what you’d expect from the W brand — professional, polished, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature-controlled room made it easy to relax after long days out. The pool area was a highlight, with service available and a great atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful premises, wonderful staff and a great choice of food with 3 restaurants on site. Unbelievable set of statues all over the place. Highly recommend this gem in Anton Valley.

Beautiful apartment definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Panama

We stayed one night and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to contact, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The homemade breakfast was a highlight—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We will stay again longer next time.

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.
