This hotel was superb. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a fantastic buffet selection. The entire staff, from check-in and reception to the servers and housekeeping, was extremely helpful and attentive. Many staff members spoke English and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is adding an additional pool to the property. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby, and a short Uber ride will take you just about anywhere. The area felt very safe, and overall, Panama is a wonderful and welcoming country. Great hotel and a great country, I would definitely recommend it.

It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, nobody cared, it was prolly happening to everyone. Pools were not clean, service around pools nonexistent, bar was close. Chairs were very very old and need to be thrown away. Beach gets ugly when low tide happens. Food at the adjacent restaurants was comedic, but the price was dramatic, so that was entertaining! Service barely ok! If you have high standards, stay away. This is the worse Westin we ever stayed at.
