Isla Loma Partida Pet-friendly Vacations

Our stay at Decapolis Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until the day we left. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Panama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Decapolis Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel with exceptional service.Unfortunately, our experience at Petit Bistro was extremely disappointing. The restaurant brought me the wrong meal. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that kitchens can get busy. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the wrong dish, even though the food they served did not match the menu description or what I had ordered before. This made me feel as though I didn't understand the menu, rather than simply admitting there had been an error. Only later did they apologize, explaining that the kitchen was very busy and had made a mistake. By that point, I had already paid for the incorrect meal and left.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the lively Casco Viejo district. Museums, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront are all within easy walking distance. There was always something happening in the square across from the hotel entrance, from live music to graduation celebrations and photography sessions, making the area feel vibrant and full of energy. The breakfast staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, juices, and a made-to-order omelet station, making it a great way to start the day. The biggest drawback, and the reason I would hesitate to stay here again, was the noise. The rooms offer very little sound insulation. We could clearly hear full conversations from the room next door, and children were running through the hallways well past midnight. The rooms also overlook an atrium where music played late into the evening. Unfortunately, what surprised us most was being awakened at 2:00 a.m. by hotel staff vacuuming. The vacuum ran for about 30 minutes, and it was loud enough that I checked the clock because I couldn't believe housekeeping was vacuuming in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a hotel in the center of all the action, the location and service are excellent. However, if you're a light sleeper or value a quiet night's rest, you may want to consider choosing a different property.

Western player bonito has one of the largest swimming pools I've ever been in. Very clean not that expensive with the food, staff is helpful, but. Number one I rented a suite in the light switch for the toilet area was not in the room with the toilet the light switch for the bathroom is not in the bathroom you got to get out of bed open up a door and turn the light on for the bathroom and the light on for the toilet area which I thought was very awkward, and the second thing if you want to make any trips to the Panama City downtown area or Old City he has across the bridge over the Panama canal and it is the worst traffic I have ever been at anywhere in the world literally at a standstill for 2 hours and that is almost every day from 3:00 to 7:00 and that is the only bridge to get to the hotel in the morning going to the city for the traffic hour hour and a half or 15 minute commute coming back from the city to the hotel in between 3:00 and 7:00 another 2 hours stand still for a15 minutes commute
