Solentiname Islands Pet-friendly Vacations

Stayed 3 nights and hotel owner spoke English very good and she was nice to chat with. The owner was eager to help us with finding things to do in Granada. We ate breakfast for $5 and the food was very tasty. The room was basic which we had thought it would be but there was a strong musty odor and the bed blanket and pillow seemed to be always damp/wet. The shower had only a trickle of cold water.

Fantastic Eco Lodge with excellent food, many options for activities, and top of the line service. Highly recommend, especially for couples and romantic getaways.

EVERYTHING was perfect.

This hotel was AMAZING! For anyone who has accessibility issues, I would contact the hotel in advance and ask to have a room near reception/the pool. We actually timed it once and the walk was over 4 minutes to our cabin and there were lots of stairs. We're all able bodied so it was fine but I can imagine this would be difficult for some. The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast was a buffet and it was amazing. We had 1 dinner onsite on our last day and all the food was incredible but it's significantly more expensive than eating in San Juan Del Sur. Most days, we went into town to grab a late lunch or fried chicken or street meat for dinner later. All in all, it was incredible. The pools were super fun, my kids loved the water slide and the waterfall jump. We saw howler monkeys. Watch for the monkey poo on the deck. The staff do a good job cleaning it up but it's still there sometimes. The horseback riding from the property isn't crazy expensive, it was like $46/horse, which was very reasonable. I had already booked a private tour through someone else so we stuck with that. The room does have an inventory that you're supposed to review within 3 hours of checkin, the bowls and drapery rod were missing from our room so I reached out to them. The front desk use WhatsApp and are very responsive. Also, something to note, the power went out 3 times during our visit, only 1 time was it for over 30 minutes, the other two times were short. Just something to know.

From the beginning, Juan Carlos was on top of things from making sure everything was in order and ensuring that our arrival was managed accordingly. The location, the place and most of all the staff amazing. Francisco and Erick were superb from the check in till the end. Muchas gracias.

Everything was wonderful. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The food is great at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. The pool was nice and so was the lounge area around it. I had two massages from Yadira that were the best. I had intended to only get one, but after the first, I had to get a second before heading home. If I come back to Managua, I will definitely stay here again. It was a very nice a relaxing trip.
