The hotel is good for a few days, but the staff forgets to refill the soap even after I mentioned it to the front desk, and to lock the bed properly (the bed goes up) more than twice. The advance check-in and easy check-out are appreciated; the staff is friendly and willing to help.

Clean room and bathroom was very spacious, lots of surfaces to leave your things on which was really useful. The staff were great and very helpful, location was convenient being in the old town area but near buses to take us to and from the train station. Lots of food options around. A small thing to note was that while our garbages in the room were emptied daily, the shared one in the hallway seemed to have wine glasses and cups and bottles on the floor around it from when we first arrived to when we left a few days later

The beds and sheets were clean. Room was decent. bare minimum, no lotion. Shampoo and body gel in one.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver (Nuno) to the front desk staff - everyone was really enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice being close to the airport and the tram station is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was really good. I’d stay again.
